Until then, I found a great video that is a great introduction to what EdPuzzle is and how it can be used in a variety of classrooms. Enjoy!
*Update: Hey all to my blog! If you are interesting in testing out EdPuzzle, feel free to post the link below for others to see. We can provide feedback as well as give examples to others who are interested in seeing how this can be used in different classrooms! I'll post mine below as well.
Our school just went one-to-one this year. I have created a number of hyperdocs that include video for students to access and analyze information. Using EDpuzzle I feel can take this another step. I plan to create my own account and embed some questions to gather feedback from the students. I really like the analytics that come with EDpuzzle.
ReplyDeleteSounds great Mrs. G! I look forward to seeing what you come up with in the future.
DeleteI think that with the trend of most schools seeking a technological component to instruction that EdPuzzle is a quick and easy tool for teachers that may not be the most confident with technology. For more advanced educators this would be a great resource for providing realistic and current videos that can be adjusted to fit a lesson or unit. The analytics add another element that allows teachers to monitor for comprehension and progress.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Mrs. G and Tate that EdPUzzle is a great resource for students as well as teachers. I have yet to use EdPuzzle. I need to figure out how to use this with Math lessons.
ReplyDeleteI can help with that! EdPuzzle also connects with Khan Academy. You can use any one of their many math tutorial videos. I would recommend adding your own math questions throughout the video to check for understanding. Hope this helps!

ReplyDeleteMy EdPuzzle on Absolutism in France. It includes 7 questions ranging from multiple choice questions to open ended questions, to polls.
EdPuzzle is new for me - it seems like a really engaging tool though! I wonder if it is something I could have my students create for a study project.
